On November 13, the NEOSCAN company performed as a strategic partner in the All-Russian Conference “Information Security. Transport safety. Import substitution."
The second part of the Conference included four thematic panel sessions: Information Security, Import Substitution, Transport Security and Transport Security, where a separate block of discussion was devoted to the topic of countering UAVs.
The panel session “Transport Security” was held in the format of an open meeting of the Working Group of the Public Council under the Ministry of Transport of Russia on issues of countering UAVs at transport infrastructure facilities. The meeting was opened by the head of the Working Group and moderator of the panel session - Dmitry Moskalevich.
Aleksey Kabanov, Deputy Director of the Transport Security Department of the Ministry of Transport of Russia, spoke with important information about the need to amend the legislation on transport security. During the working discussion, the participants discussed the principles of effective construction of a system to counter UAVs as part of a unified transport security system, and also considered aspects of legal regulation and practical features of operation. The final theses of the speakers will be included in the final resolution of the Conference, which will be considered by the Public Council under the Ministry of Transport of Russia and sent to the Federal executive authorities.
